Offerings for all faculty

We offer a variety of programs for UM faculty in any discipline to support your growth as an instructor. In addition to these programs, faculty are also invited to join our regular workshops and to take advantage of our services, including classroom observations, confidential consultations, and student feedback sessions. 

Get involved

Read and discuss books, join a learning community, or talk with a CETL consultant to get individualized feedback your teaching. CETL has a wide range of programs to support you.

Faculty Reading Group

Each year, we sponsor a Faculty Reading Group that meets three times over the course of the semester to discuss a book on teaching and learning.

We facilitate an annual learning community that offers grants to instructors for course redesigns focused on inclusion and equity.
