Biography
Alexis is a Ph.D. student in Management at the University of Mississippi. Her research centers on interpersonal relationships in the workplace - examining how people connect, influence one another, and navigate organizational life through the lens of social networks, relational energy, and leadership. She's drawn to questions about what relationships do to people at work: how they energize, constrain, define, and develop us.
She currently serves as the Research Methods Division (RMD) student representative for the Academy of Management (AOM).
