I’m originally from Bainbridge Island, a small island just outside of Seattle, Washington. I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in exercise science after completing my undergraduate degree at Ole Miss. My goal is to work in the field of strength and conditioning and programming, specifically within CrossFit.
