Biography

Fatima is a 4th year doctoral candidate in Management whose research focuses on organizational behavior, with particular interests in leadership, teams, creativity and innovation, and social networks. Her research examines how individuals and teams navigate complex organizational environments, including how leadership and interpersonal relationships shape creativity, collaboration, and team effectiveness. Her current research also explores teams, social class and mobility, ego networks, and communication in virtual work environments.

Fatima has teaching experience in management and organizational behavior, including courses in organizational behavior and strategic management. Her teaching emphasizes applying management theory to contemporary organizational challenges through case discussions, team-based activities, experiential exercises, and applied projects.
