Biography
Lukas Engelhardt is a second-year Ph.D. student in Management at the University of Mississippi. He earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with an emphasis in International Business and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, graduating with a 4.00 GPA in both degrees. Originally from Augsburg, Germany, Lukas competed for the Ole Miss men's tennis team for five years, reaching a career-high ranking of No. 2 in the ITA Doubles Rankings.
His experiences as a Division I student-athlete continue to influence his research on teams, competition, and interpersonal dynamics within organizations.
