I am originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania (yes, like The Office), and I’m currently a fourth-year Ph.D. student in Health and Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. I came to Ole Miss to study under the mentorship of Dr. Jeremy Loenneke and develop as a scientist. My long-term goal is to remain in academia and lead my own lab studying exercise-induced skeletal muscle adaptations, with and without blood flow restriction.
