Job QualificationsMust have excellent communication skills. Must be willing to learn about Ole Miss Athletics and how our administration office functions. Must maintain a neat appearance and dress in accordance with departmental guidelines. Must possess the ability to positively and effectively represent Ole Miss and Ole Miss Athletics. Must be able to follow any NCAA/SEC Rules that coincide with student workers.
Job PurposeThe Department of Athletics is currently hiring a Magnolia Work Study Student Worker to assist athletics administration on a day-to-day basis. This position will gain experience in customer service relations and administration duties.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe main function of this student position is to act as frontline support to visitors, guests, other students, faculty, staff who come to our building. There will be some duties like helping to put up the mail, help people, and other admin duties needed in the Athletic Directors' Administration Offices.
