The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Brief Bio

Elizabeth F. Mitchell is an instructor of Developmental Studies Writing, DS Integrated Reading and Writing, and Writing 101. She is working on her Ph.D. in Higher Education. In 2006 she joined the Developmental Studies program at the University of Mississippi. She has piloted a new course, DS 094, which is an integrated reading and writing class. Mrs. Mitchell served as President of MADE, Mississippi Association of Developmental Education. She is an active member of NADE, National Association of Developmental Education, having presented at national conference.
