Biography
Julia received her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management at The University of Mississippi Medical Center, Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and Doctorate degree in Higher Education Administration from The University of Arkansas.
Dr. Welch brings over 25 years experience in Health Care, Human Resources, Training & Organizational Development to the classroom. She specializes in career preparation with her students through resume design, interviewing, and handling “real-world” communication scenarios.
