Biography
I received my Ph.D. In Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University (MSU) in 2011 and worked as a Postdoctoral Associate in MSU's Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems (CAVS) until 2014. I joined the University of Mississippi (UM) as an Assistant Professor of Chemical Engineering in 2014 and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2020. I am currently serving as Associate Director for Research at UM's Center for Graphene Research and Innovation (CGRI). I have directed eight Ph.D. dissertations and four master's theses and published over 70 journal articles during my tenure at UM.
