Allison Wally

Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration

Biography

Allison Wally serves as the Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration for the University of Mississippi's School of Business Administration. In this role, she manages the School's financial operations, oversees budgeting and reporting, ensures compliance with university policies, and supports strategic planning initiatives.  Allison holds both a Bachelor of Accountancy (2004) and a Master of Taxation (2005) from the University of Mississippi's Patterson School of Accountancy.

She began her career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers and later worked for Sellers, Richardson,  Watson, Haley, and Dunn LLP (now part of RSM). She then transitioned into education, teaching secondary mathematics for ten years before serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Oxford School District for seven years. During her tenure as CFO, she also served on the board for the Mississippi Association of School Business Officials. In addition to her administrative duties at Ole Miss, she teaches Financial Statement Analysis and Business Communication to undergraduate students.
