Biography
Yunhee Chang, PhD. is a Professor of Nutrition and Hospitality Management and serves as the coordinator for the Interdisciplinary Graduate Minor in Applied Statistics at UM. She completed her doctoral studies in Agricultural and Consumer Economics at the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign. Dr. Chang teaches courses in applied economics, nutrition policy, and statistics. Her recent research focuses on food access, nutritional disparity, health implications of financial exclusion.
