Da Xu

Biography

Da Xu is Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at the School of Business Administration, the University of Mississippi. Before joining Ole Miss, Dr. Xu worked as an Assistant Professor at California State University, Long Beach. He received his PhD in Business Administration from the University of Utah.

Dr. Xu’s research interests include predictive analytics, health informatics, online digital platforms, deep learning, and data mining for business intelligence. He has published in the Journal of Management Information Systems, the Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association, IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics, and the Journal of Biomedical Informatics. Additionally, his research has been presented at conferences such as the Conference on Information Systems and Technology (CIST), Workshop on Information Technologies and Systems (WITS), INFORMS Workshop on Data Science, and International Public Health and Community Medicine Research Conference.
