Elisabeth Alexander serves as the Program Manager for the School of Business Administration.
Biography
Elisabeth Alexander, MA, serves as the Program Manager and an Adjunct Professor of Marketing for the School of Business Administration. She works with Department Chairs and Faculty on event planning and serves as a member of the School of Business Scholarship Committee, where she manages all aspects of the scholarship process.
As a former member of the UM Staff Council, Alexander also served on the Chancellor’s Recruitment, Admissions, Orientation and Advising Standing Committee, the Chancellor’s Retirement and Insurance Standing Committee as well as the Chancellor’s Parking and Transportation Standing Committee.
Alexander teaches Freshman Year Experience (EDHE 105), Academic Skills for Success (EDHE 101), Principles of Marketing (MKTG 351), Services Marketing (MKTG 358), and Social and Digital Media Strategy (MKTG 370). Alexander is also the faculty lead on Winter Intersession Study Abroad programs (Munich, Germany in January 2024).
Prior to coming to Ole Miss in 2016, Alexander spent over 20 years in operations management and the non-profit research and consulting sector. She received her B.M.D.S. and her Master’s in Higher Education and Student Personnel with an emphasis in Athletic Administration from Ole Miss.
In her free time, Alexander enjoys traveling, especially on annual cruises with friends. She came to Oxford in 1993 and has called it home since 2008.
