Jason E Klodt

Dr. Jason E. Klodt is an Associate Professor of Spanish and Associate Chair of Modern Languages at the University of Mississippi.

Research Interests

Dr. Klodt's research interests include Spanish Cinema, Spanish Cultural Studies, and Modern Spanish Literature.

Biography

Dr. Jason Klodt earned his B.A. in Spanish and Education from Central College in 1993, M.A. in Spanish Literature from Indiana State University in 1995, and Ph.D. in Spanish Cultural Studies from Michigan State University in 2003. In 1991 and 1992 he lived in Grenada, Spain, while attending the University of Grenada. He has traveled extensively throughout Spain as well as many other European countries, Mexico and Costa Rica. 

Dr. Klodt is a specialist in Spanish literature, culture, and film and he is currently researching and writing on contemporary Spanish cinema.
