Jason Marsh joined the University of Mississippi as Associate General Counsel in October of 2025. He primarily works with senior leadership on labor and employment matters.
Biography
Prior to joining UM, Marsh practiced law in Jackson, Mississippi for more than 17 years as an employment law partner with two regional law firms. Marsh is an experienced trial lawyer and has tried numerous cases to jury verdict in state and federal courts in Mississippi.
Marsh is a graduate of Mississippi College School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and served as Managing Editor of the law review. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from LaGrange College.
