Biography
Dr. Conlon received her B.A. in Statistics with an Economics minor from Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand, and her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Her teaching and research interests include Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Sentiment Analysis, Text Mining, Natural Language Processing, Knowledge Management, and Database Systems. Her work has appeared in Decision Support Systems, DATA BASE for Advances in Information Systems, Omega-The International Journal of Management Science, Expert System with Applications, the Journal of Information Systems, the Journal of the Association for Information Science & Technology (JASIST), Information Processing & Management, and the Journal of Computer Information Systems, among others.
Dr. Conlon is an associate editor for Expert Systems with Applications and for Intelligent Systems with Applications. She also serves on the editorial review board for the Journal of Computer Information Systems.
