Biography

The Grove will always be a special place to me. I remember arriving to Oxford for the first time as a freshman, all the way from California wondering what significance it truly held. Little did I know it became a place where I spent most of my time as a student at Ole Miss. The Grove teaches what it means to be a part of tradition and family where everyone can come together as one. On Saturdays in the fall, I was welcomed with open arms and a full plate of food making sure I was ready to watch the football games to follow. It was a place to study, and on special occasions it gave me the chance to attend some of my favorite classes. The Grove gave me the opportunity to meet new friends, attend great concerts, and allowed me to grab some peace and quiet when I needed to unwind. As I stand here in this photo, I realize how blessed I once was to be in the Grove as a student and now part of an amazing staff.
