As Coordinator of Clinical Affairs, I manage the business operations for the Office of Clinical Affairs and CCTS, oversee the transition of SOP students from Oxford campus to Jackson campus, manage the UMMC online student trainings to ensure students are compliant with HIPAA, IT security awareness, immunizations, etc. for both Jackson and Oxford P1-P4 students, oversee the SOP building on the UMMC/Jackson campus to include room reservations, maintenance work orders, parking, and supervision of housekeeping staff, assist with faculty and resident onboarding, assist with UMMC Workday administration for the SOP, and serve as liaison between SOP and UMMC in many areas.
