Gary Theilman

Dr. Theilman is a pharmacist-teacher who serves as a resource for educational technology.
Research Interests
- Use of technology in pharmacy education to enhance student engagement
- Development of online educational experiences
- Creation of novel educational methods in the areas of productivity, pharmacokinetics and therapeutics
Biography
After receiving his degree from the University of Maryland, Dr. Theilman completed two years of residency at the University of Kentucky. He joined the faculty at the University of Mississippi in 1994. He has twice been names a Distinguished Teaching Scholar by the School of Pharmacy and has been a Teacher of the Year. He has developed innovative software for the School. He currently works to facilitate continuing professional development programs for pharmacists.
