Tong Meng is Assistant to the Dean for Strategic Initiatives at the School of Business Administration.
Biography
Meng started her career in higher education as a college TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) instructor in China. Since then, she has enjoyed many wonderful professional opportunities leading and strategically collaborating with a diverse population of students, faculty, staff, and alumni at various institutions.
Before joining the CIE as Director in her previous role at the University of Mississippi, she worked for Duke University and its campus in China for four years as Manager of Undergraduate Programs. She holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She teaches ENT 101: Social Entrepreneurship and ENT 351: Design Thinking for Innovation.
