Trash Can Friday Flow - FREE
Join us every Friday before home football games for a fun yoga flow in the Grove! Embrace the energy felt from the first sign of game day, Trash Can Friday, and get your yoga flow in to prepare and relax before the busy weekend! No yoga experience necessary. Bring your own mat or use one of ours while supplies last!

Halloween Hip Hop - FREE
Trick or treat! Participants will dance to Halloween-themed music in a spooky studio. Come in your costume for a chance to win some Ole Miss Fitness apparel. No FIT pass required, simply sign up on the OleMissCR app to reserve your spot!

Registration and Class Schedule
Purchase your Fit Pass and register for classes on the OleMissCR app or at www.IMLeagues.com/OleMiss. If a class has reached capacity, simply join the waitlist and participants will be moved into the session if and when others leave the session.
Fit Pass Options
Students:
One-Time Fit Pass: $5
Unlimited Summer Fit Pass: $20
Unlimited Semester (Fall or Spring) Fit Pass: $25
Unlimited Annual (Fall and Spring) Fit Pass: $45
Faculty, Staff, and Community Members:
Current 6 or 12-month CR Members receive a Fit pass included in their membership. 3-month CR Members can purchase a Fit pass for $25 unlimited semester. Fit passes are $20 during the summer semester.

Additional Information
- Class descriptions include the format followed by the length of class in minutes (ex: Yoga Flow 30).
- Registration opens 1 week in advance.
- Arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your class to check in and assure you get your reserved class spot. Your spot will not be guaranteed if you arrive within 5 minutes of the class time.
- Individuals on the waitlist will be moved into the class session in the order they joined the waitlist starting five minutes prior to the class start time.
- Yoga and fitness mats will be provided for classes, but it is still recommended to bring your own fitness mat and towel if you have them. Sweat towels are not provided.
- Water Bottle refill stations are available at both facilities.
Turner Center
Studio 305: Located on the third floor. This space is utilized for group fitness classes, academic classes and individual exercise when not reserved with programming.
Studio 125 & 125 Cycle: Located on the first floor across from the elevator. These two studios are used only for Campus Recreation group fitness classes.
The Vault: Located on the first floor in the racquetball hallway. Open for Campus Recreation programming only, with small group training and group fitness classes taking place during scheduled times. Personal Trainers will also hold one on one instruction with clients.
The Tank: Located on the first floor in the racquetball hallway. This space serves as a great functional training area to create your own workout. Open during Fitness Center hours. This area is not under constant supervision of CR staff. CR staff reserves the right to close The Tank during scheduled programming.
South Campus Recreation Center
Studio 210: Located on the second floor mezzanine farthest from the entrance. This space is utilized for group fitness classes, primarily mind-body formats. May also be used for other Campus Recreation programming.
Studio 209: Located on the second floor mezzanine, in the middle studio. This space is utilized for group fitness classes, primarily strength and high intensity formats. May also be used for other Campus Recreation programming.
Studio 208: Located on the second floor mezzanine closest to the entrance. This space is used for individual exercise when not reserved with programming.
- Patrons must be at least 16 years of age to participate in group fitness classes.
- Proper athletic clothing and shoes are required to participate. Sandals, flip-flops, open-toed shoes, open-heeled shoes, and boots are prohibited. You may not participate in classes barefoot, with the exceptions of yoga, pilates, or aqua classes.
- No food or tobacco products are allowed in the studios. Water or sports drinks will be permitted in closed plastic containers only.
- No patron arriving more than five minutes late for class will be allowed to enter.
- No children are allowed in the studios while a class is in session, even if a parent or guardian is present.
- No unsupervised children are allowed in the studios at any time.
- Equipment can only be removed from a studio space under the supervision of a personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
- Indoor cycling bikes in Turner Center studio 125 or in the Vault are not to be used by anyone except participants taking a CR indoor cycling class led by a CR instructor or trainer.
- Patrons should wipe down all equipment after use, including bikes and mats.
- Patrons who have musculoskeletal limitations or injuries should notify the group fitness instructor prior to the beginning of the class.
- Patrons should always exercise within their known personal fitness levels.
- Please refrain from cell phone usage and all other disruptive behaviors during class. Instructors reserve the right to ask patrons to leave should their behavior fit this description.
- A minimum of three patrons is needed for a group fitness class to be held.
- Active facility swipe access, current Fit pass and class session registration through the OleMissCR/IMLeagues app is required to attend group fitness classes.
- Patrons are expected to exhibit proper conduct and respect the rights of others. Engaging in unacceptable, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in the loss of facility privileges.
Group Reservations
Looking to set up a private group fitness class or special event for your group? We can host you at our facilities or we can come to you!
Please submit requests at least 2 weeks before your requested class date.
