Membership Plans
Determine the most appropriate membership plan from our list of options below.
Individual
A currently enrolled, full-fee-paying Ole Miss student (primary enrollee) may use facilities during scheduled recreational periods. Student memberships are included in tuition during enrolled academic periods. Students who are enrolled in classes for the current semester will have their IDs activated to use the recreation facilities.
Students NOT enrolled in summer classes but are enrolled in fall classes may purchase a Full Summer, Summer I or Summer II membership; Summer memberships are available to purchase online beginning May 1.
Fit Passes, Climb Passes, and Play Passes are available for purchase. Options include $5/$10 one-time, $25 unlimited semester, or $45 unlimited annual. All passes for students are purchased at www.imleagues.com/olemiss or on the OleMissCR app.
Spouse
$30 for one semester
A currently enrolled, full-fee-paying Ole Miss student (primary enrollee) may enroll their spouse.
- Documentation is required at the time of purchase by submitting:
- a photograph of marriage license or most recent joint tax filing
- a photo of the student's course schedule to prove full time enrollment
- Fit Pass and Climb Pass can be purchased for $25/semester at the time of membership purchase.
Family
$50 for one semester
A currently enrolled, full-fee-paying Ole Miss student (primary enrollee) may enroll their spouse and/or eligible dependent. Documentation is required at the time of purchase by submitting a photograph of marriage license or most recent joint tax filing.
- Dependent(s) must be under 23 years of age, unmarried, and having permanent residence with the primary enrollee.
- ID required to enter facilities for all dependents 6 years old and older.
- Family memberships can list up to 5 dependents. See Member Services if you have over 5 dependents.
- Fit Pass and Climb Pass can be purchased for $25/semester for each member at the time of membership purchase.
- Members must be able to safely fit into a harness to climb.
- Only members over the age of 16 will be eligible to participate in group fitness classes and require parent/guardian supervision until they turn 18 years old.
Individual
$60 for 1 year OR $30 for 6-months
University employees holding an official/active University employee ID are eligible to obtain a Campus Recreation membership.
- Prices include access to the climbing wall, pool, group fitness classes, sport courts, and recreation center facilities.
- Primary enrollee must present Ole Miss Faculty/Staff ID when purchasing membership.
- Faculty/Staff are not eligible to purchase a Student membership.
Family
University employees (primary enrollee) holding an official University employee ID are eligible to obtain a Campus Recreation membership and may enroll their spouse and/or dependent(s).

Faculty and staff who retired from Ole Miss prior to January 1997 are eligible to receive a complimentary membership. The membership is available to the retiree and his/her spouse. Email us to request a retired faculty/staff membership.
- Retired Faculty/Staff complimentary memberships can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $25/semester for each member at the time of membership purchase.
Faculty and staff who retired from Ole Miss after January, 1997 are eligible to obtain a membership at the following rates:

Membership type is dependent on the status indicated on the Ole Miss ID card. Visiting Scholars with an “External Employee” ID card must notify Campus Recreation staff and provide documentation of Visiting Scholar status to receive the Visiting Scholar membership. Faculty/staff who take classes but are not enrolled at a certain time must purchase the faculty/staff membership during non-enrolled periods to continue access.
Individual
$120 for 3 months, $240 for 6 months, $480 for 12 months
Upon graduation from Ole Miss, the graduate may obtain an Individual Alumni membership for 3, 6, or 12 months. Members must upload/submit a photo of their alumni card or diploma in order to purchase membership.
- Fit Pass and Climb Pass included in 6 and 12 month membership fee.
- 3 month members can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $25/semester at the time of membership purchase.
Family
$180 for 3 months, $360 for 6 months, $720 for 12 months
Upon graduation from Ole Miss, the graduate may obtain a Family Alumni membership for three, six, or twelve months, and may enroll his/her spouse (secondary enrollee) and/or dependent(s). Members must upload/submit a photo of their alumni card or diploma in order to purchase membership.

The membership is for either 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months and expires on the last day of the month (i.e. 12 month enrollment on August 2, 2024 has a membership expiration of August 31, 2025). Primary enrollee will be required to have a Campus Recreation ID made at the University ID Center. An individual must be at least 18 years of age to qualify as the primary enrollee.
- Fit Pass and Climb Pass included in 6 and 12 month membership fee.
- 3 month members can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $25/semester at the time of membership purchase.
Family
$200 for 3 months, $400 for 6 months, $800 for 12 months
The membership is for either 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months and expires on the last day of the month (i.e. 12 month enrollment on August 2, 2024 has a membership expiration of August 31, 2025). - Pool Only members will have access to the pool at any time that the pool is open.
- Access will be denied if member is found utilizing the facility other than the pool.
Family Pool Only
$150 for 3 months, $300 for 6 months, $600 for 12 months
The membership is for either 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months and expires on the last day of the month (i.e. 12 month enrollment on August 2, 2024 has a membership expiration of August 31, 2025). Primary enrollee, secondary enrollee, and any dependents on the membership will be required to have a Campus Recreation Pool Only ID made at the University ID Center. Additional Membership Information

- Dependents ages 6 and up must have a Campus Recreation ID card.
- Family memberships can list up to 5 dependents. See member services if you have over 5 dependents.
- Dependents (of all ages, including under 6) must be a part of a family membership (or purchase a guest pass) to participate in recreational activities.
- i.e. A 5 year old does not need an ID card printed, however the parents/guardians would need to purchase a family membership if the 5 year old was participating in recreational activities
- To ensure the safety of minors, any patron under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a sponsoring adult (parent/guardian age 18 or older) at all times.
- The sponsoring adult must remain in the same activity area as the minor. If the sponsoring adult leaves an activity area, the minor must accompany the sponsoring adult.
- The University of Mississippi adheres to a Minors on Campus policy, which can be found here.
Patrons age 16 or 17 may utilize all Campus Recreation activity and fitness spaces when accompanied by their sponsoring adult.
- Appropriate Campus Recreation activity passes are necessary for climbing and group fitness.
- SCRC Fitness spaces have been divided into various zones (linked below) due to the large amount of space. Sponsoring adults must remain in the same activity zone as their minor patron at all times.
Patrons 15 years of age and under may use the following Campus Recreation activity areas with a sponsoring adult:
- Turner Center basketball courts
- Turner Center racquetball/squash courts
- Turner Center track
- Turner Center Studio 305 (ages 6-15)
- Turner Center pool (parents must be in the water with children under age 6)
- South Campus Recreation Center basketball and multi-activity courts
- South Campus Recreation Center climbing tower and bouldering wall (patrons must weigh at least 50 lbs. and safely fit into a harness to use the climbing tower)
- South Campus Recreation Center track
- South Campus Recreation Center studio 208 (ages 6-15)
To better accommodate families that may want to exercise together, Studio 305 in the Turner Center and Studio 208 at the South Campus Recreation Center will be available for parents/guardians with children ages 6-15.
- These spaces will be outfitted with exercise equipment for agility, plyometric, and light-weight/body-weight strength training. The spaces will be accessible during facility operating hours.
- Children 6 years of age or older may not use the locker room facility of the opposite gender. Family/universal locker rooms are available at both Turner Center and SCRC.
Campus Recreation memberships do not include a parking permit. Campus Recreation members have the option to purchase a parking permit at a rate of $10/month. A parking permit request is available at both facilities for in-person membership purchases, or you may also email memberservices@olemiss.edu for a parking permit request.

UM students, faculty/staff members and Campus Recreation members MUST present their ID card to gain access to the recreation facilities.
Please be aware that an inactive ID card or not presenting an ID card at all will result in the denial of access.
Campus Recreation members have up to two weeks after purchasing a membership to pick up their ID card.
If you have lost your Campus Recreation ID card you are required to pay a $10 replacement fee.

Campus Recreation requires submission of a completed Membership Cancellation Form in order for a membership to be canceled and for a refund to be requested. To cancel your membership, please email memberservices@olemiss.edu. The membership will be considered canceled on the last day of the month of the submission of the cancellation form. Note: lockers are non-refundable.
The refund method is based on original form of payment:
Payroll Deduction:
- If full membership amount has been deducted, a refund will be processed for time not used.
- If full membership amount has not yet been deducted, patron will be billed one final installment and deductions stopped.
- Allow seven days for processing.
Cash or Check:
- Will be refunded by check and sent to address indicated on membership cancellation form.
- Allow up to 8 weeks to receive check.
- Receipt is required for refund.
Credit Card:
- Online Payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days after membership cancellation form is completed.
- For In-Person Payment, the original payment method must be brought to Turner Center 214 to process a refund after the membership form is completed.
- Receipt is required for refund.

The Turner Center has locker rooms with long-term lockers and showers located near the pool.
Faculty, Staff, Community, Retiree, and Alumni member lockers are rented annually for $25 and are prorated.
Students can rent lockers each semester for just $10 (note, that student lockers are not prorated).
