Memberships

Individual

Student memberships are included in tuition when the Ole Miss student is full-fee-paying and currently enrolled in at least one in person class. Students IDs are activated on the first day of class to use the recreation facilities.

Students who are NOT enrolled in summer classes but are enrolled in fall classes may purchase a Full Summer, May Intersession & Summer I, or Summer II & August Intersession membership. Summer memberships are available to purchase online beginning May 1.

• Memberships include access to the pool, sport courts, and both the Turner Center and South Campus Recreation facilities.
• Fit Passes, Climb Passes, and Play Passes are available for purchase by students at www.imleagues.com/olemiss or on the OleMissCR app. Instructions on how to create your IMLeagues account can be found in the "Additional Membership Information" section of this page.

Student Spouse/Dependent(s)

A currently enrolled, full-fee-paying Ole Miss student (primary enrollee) may enroll up to five additional dependents and/or spouse.

• Memberships include access to the pool, sport courts, and both the Turner Center and South Campus Recreation facilities.
• Documentation is required at the time of purchase by submitting a photograph of marriage license if a spouse is included on the membership.
• Dependent(s) must be under 23 years of age, unmarried, and having permanent residence with the primary enrollee. A birth certificate may be requested for verification of dependent status.
• ID required to enter facilities for all dependents 6 years old and older.
• Please see Campus Recreation policies regarding facility usage by dependents/children.
• Fit Passes and Climb Passes can be purchased by student spouses and/or dependant(s) at www.imleagues.com/olemiss or on the OleMissCR app. Instructions on how to create your IMLeagues account can be found in the "Additional Membership Information" section of this page.
  • Only members over the age of 16 will be eligible to participate in group fitness classes and require parent/guardian supervision until they turn 18 years old.
    • All members wishing to participate in group fitness will be required to purchase their own Fit Pass and register for the desired group fitness class. 
  • Climbing participants must be able to safely fit into a harness to climb.
    • Members 16 years old and older wishing to participate in climbing will be required to purchase their own Climb Pass and register for the desired session. Parent/guardian supervision is required until they turn 18 years old.
    • Dependents 15 years old and under are not required to purchase their own Climb Pass. The parent/guardian accompanying the dependent will be required to purchase a Climb Pass and register for the desired climbing session. 

University employees holding an official/active University employee ID are eligible to obtain a Campus Recreation membership.

• Prices include access to the climbing wall, pool, group fitness classes, sport courts, and recreation center facilities.
• Primary enrollee must present Ole Miss Faculty/Staff ID when purchasing membership.
• Faculty/Staff are not eligible to purchase a Student membership.

Family

University employees (primary enrollee) holding an official University employee ID are eligible to obtain a Campus Recreation membership and may enroll their spouse and/or dependent(s).

• Prices include full access to climbing, pool, group fitness, and recreation center facilities.

• University employees holding an official/active University employee ID are eligible to obtain a Campus Recreation membership for their spouse. Documentation is required at the time of purchase by submitting a photograph of marriage license or most recent joint tax filing.
• Dependent(s) must be under 23 years of age, unmarried, and having permanent residence with the primary enrollee. See Member Services if you have over 5 dependents. 
• ID required to enter facilities for all dependents 6 years old and older.

University employees (primary enrollee) holding an official University employee ID are eligible to obtain a Campus Recreation membership and may enroll their spouse and/or dependent(s). 

• Membership includes access to the pool, sport courts, and both the Turner Center and South Campus Recreation facilities.
• Primary enrollee must present Ole Miss Employee ID when purchasing membership.
• Employees are not eligible to purchase a Student membership.
• Payroll deductions available.
• If adding a spouse to the membership, a photograph of your marriage license is required.
• Dependent(s) must be under 23 years of age, unmarried, and having permanent residence with the primary enrollee. We reserve the right to ask for additional documentation to verify dependent status.
• ID required to enter facilities for all members 6 years old and older.

Faculty and staff who retired from Ole Miss prior to January 1997 are eligible to receive a complimentary membership. The membership is available to the retiree and his/her spouse. Email us to request a retired faculty/staff membership.

• Retired Faculty/Staff complimentary memberships can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $25/semester for each member at the time of membership purchase.

Faculty and staff who retired from Ole Miss after January, 1997 are eligible to obtain a membership at the following rates:

Retired Faculty/Staff Membership Pricing

Membership type is dependent on the status indicated on the Ole Miss ID card. Visiting Scholars with an “External Employee” ID card must notify Campus Recreation staff and provide documentation of Visiting Scholar status to receive the Visiting Scholar membership. Faculty/staff who take classes but are not enrolled at a certain time must purchase the faculty/staff membership during non-enrolled periods to continue access.

Retiree - Individual and Spouse

Employees who retired from Ole Miss prior to January 1997 are eligible to receive a complimentary membership. The membership is available to the retiree and their spouse.

Employees who retired from Ole Miss after January 1997 are eligible to obtain a Campus Recreation membership.

• Retiree (primary enrollee) must hold an official/active University Retiree ID
• Membership includes access to the pool, sport courts, and both the Turner Center and South Campus Recreation facilities.
• If adding a spouse to the membership, a photograph of your marriage license is required.
• Fit Passes and Climb Passes can be purchased by retiree and retiree spouse members at www.imleagues.com/olemiss or on the OleMissCR app. Instructions on how to create your IMLeagues account can be found in the "Additional Membership Information" section of this page.

Retiree - Individual Pool Only

Primary enrollee will be required to have a Campus Recreation Pool Only ID made at the University ID Center. An individual must be at least 18 years of age to qualify as the primary enrollee.

• Pool Only members will have access to the pool at any time that the pool is open.
• Access will be denied if member is found utilizing the facility other than the pool.

Membership Information - through June 30, 2025

Individual

$120 for 3 months, $240 for 6 months, $480 for 12 months

Upon graduation from Ole Miss, the graduate may obtain an Individual Alumni membership for 3, 6, or 12 months. Members must upload/submit a photo of their alumni card or diploma in order to purchase membership.

• Fit Pass and Climb Pass included in 6 and 12 month membership fee.
• 3 month members can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $25/semester at the time of membership purchase.

Family

$180 for 3 months, $360 for 6 months, $720 for 12 months

Upon graduation from Ole Miss, the graduate may obtain a Family Alumni membership for three, six, or twelve months, and may enroll his/her spouse (secondary enrollee) and/or dependent(s). Members must upload/submit a photo of their alumni card or diploma in order to purchase membership.

• Family memberships can list up to 5 dependents. See Member Services if you have over 5 dependents. 
• Dependent(s) must be under 23 years of age, unmarried, and having permanent residence with the primary enrollee
• Fit Pass and Climb Pass included in 6 and 12 month membership fee (members must be able to safely fit into a harness to climb). Only members over the age of 16 will be eligible to participate in group fitness classes and require parent/guardian supervision until they turn 18 years old).
• 3 month members can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $25/semester for each member at the time of membership purchase

Alumni - Individual, Spouse, and Dependent(s)

Upon graduation from Ole Miss, the graduate (primary enrollee) is eligible to obtain a Campus Recreation membership and may enroll their spouse and/or dependent(s). 

• Membership includes access to the pool, sport courts, and both the Turner Center and South Campus Recreation facilities.
• Alumni must upload/submit a photo of their Alumni Association membership card, UM transcripts, or UM diploma in order to meet requirements for this membership type.
• If adding a spouse to the membership, a photograph of your marriage license is required.
• Dependent(s) must be under 23 years of age, unmarried, and having permanent residence with the primary enrollee. We reserve the right to ask for additional documentation to verify dependent status.
• ID required to enter facilities for all members 6 years old and older.
• Please see Campus Recreation policies regarding facility usage by dependents/children.

External/Contract employees (Insight Park, ARAMARK, SODEXO, USDA, and visiting scholars) at Ole Miss (primary enrollee) holding an official University external employee ID are eligible to obtain a Campus Recreation membership and may enroll their spouse and/or dependent(s).

• Membership includes access to the pool, sport courts, and both the Turner Center and South Campus Recreation facilities.
• If adding a spouse to the membership, a photograph of your marriage license is required.
• Dependent(s) must be under 23 years of age, unmarried, and having permanent residence with the primary enrollee. We reserve the right to ask for additional documentation to verify dependent status.
• ID required to enter facilities for all members 6 years old and older.

• 3 month members can purchase a Fit Pass and Climb Pass for $25/semester at the time of membership purchase.

$200 for 3 months, $400 for 6 months, $800 for 12 months
