Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The University offers both on- and off-campus resources for employee assistance. Through these services, employees can access confidential assistance covering a wide range of family, marital, work-life and mental health issues.

Mindful Mondays

Kick off your week with Mindful Mondays!

As part of the Chancellor’s G•R•O•V•E Well-being Initiative, all faculty, staff and students are invited to spend 10 minutes each Monday at noon focusing on mindfulness and mental health.

Each week, University counselors and graduate assistants will share brief videos guiding you through exercises like mindful breathing, chair stretches and the STOP method.

15-Minute Stretch Sessions on Zoom

You don’t even have to leave your desk to participate in a weekly 15-minute stretch session! Join us on Zoom on Wednesdays at 2:30 p.m. for a 15 minute full-body stretch that will leave you feeling refreshed and help with your posture.

Psychological Services Clinic

Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, stress or another mental health concern and need support?

The Department of Psychology and Psychological Services Center offers counseling and diagnostic testing. Their mission is to provide affordable and accessible services, conduct research to improve treatments nationwide, and offer thorough training for our skilled clinical graduate students.

Made up of a dedicated team of psychologists and clinical graduate students from across the country, the clinic offers low-cost, high-quality treatment for both insured and uninsured individuals.
