Mandatory Retirement Plan
You’ll be enrolled in either the Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) or the Optional Retirement Plan (ORP), both of which help to secure your future with significant employer contributions. For those interested in additional financial planning, voluntary supplemental retirement plans are also available.
