A Mississippi native and proud Ole Miss alumnus, Dr. Steven Holley brings over 25 years of experience in higher education and the private sector. He is responsible for financial, facilities, business, and administrative activities of the university.

Administration and Finance Departments
Office of Accounting
The Office of Accounting is responsible for the formulation and implementation of financial and accounting policies, procedures and reporting. Financial data are reported to the Board of Trustees, the Chancellor, and other individuals and agencies for use in making management decisions affecting daily operations and long-range planning. The Office of Accounting functions include general and sponsored programs accounting.
Office of the Bursar
The Office of the Bursar manages student accounts, assesses tuition and fees, provides monthly billing statements, processes payments and refunds, and provides banking services for university departments.
Office of Contracts Management
Our office provides campus partners with centralized contract review and management services.
Office of Contractual Services Management
Contractual Services Management is responsible for the operation of, Ole Miss Dining Services, Ole Miss Bookstore, ID Center, Campus Vending, Campus Residence Hall Laundry Facilities, Licensing of University Logos, Digital/Network Video Recording Systems, and Card Access Readers
Department of Facilities Management
It is our desire to provide excellent customer service to you and hope that you will feel free to call or visit us at any time. The department’s mission is to develop, manage, maintain, repair and remodel the university’s infrastructure and facilities; to manage energy usage on campus; and to provide any services the university needs to support its mission.
Department of Facilities Planning
We provide support in coordinating planning, design and construction of facilities that enrich the goals of the University of Mississippi in the areas of teaching, research and service.
Department of Human Resources
The Human Resources Department is dedicated to supporting every employee at the University. We assist with a range of employment-related needs, including benefits, pay, leave, insurance, tuition waivers, performance management and more. Our mission is to support the University with parking and transportation options all while keeping our focus on sustainability and forwarding our Transportation Demand Management goals.

Luckyday Scholars Program
Luckyday Scholars are engaged in four areas of success: scholarship, community, service, and leadership. Through robust programming and with support and encouragement from Luckyday program staff and student leaders, Luckyday Scholars enjoy a wealth of opportunities to engage and grow as servant leaders.
Ole Miss Golf Course
Located a couple of miles from the University of Mississippi's main campus, the University-Oxford airport, and downtown Oxford. The course layout and design provides enjoyment and challenge for golfers of all ability levels.
