WHAT WE DO
The Center for Insurance Transformation’s (CIT) certificate program and internship program consists of a 20-hour curriculum for students enrolled at Mississippi HBCUs, emphasizing both the fundamentals of insurance and professional development. Participants who complete the program are guaranteed a paid internship with a CIT partner, real-world experience, and executive-level mentorship opportunities.
