Change Advocate Network

Project Encompass can only happen because of the collaboration between members of our Change Advocate Network (CAN). Members of CAN will help us update both systems while keeping our diverse audience members top of mind.

How CAN Members Support Workday and Banner Implementation

The Encompass Change Advocate Network includes employees from across campus representing both Workday and Banner in order to leverage updates about both systems with a wide audience as the university moves through implementation. 

  • CAN members help by previewing the enhanced features of Workday and Banner, staying abreast of any actions that need to take place, communicating with their colleagues to provide key updates, and keeping campus members engaged and informed throughout the project.
  • CAN members attend two one-hour CAN meetings each month where they are given opportunities to see the systems in action and engage with the project team to ask questions and share challenges.

CAN members play a key role in keeping other employees informed of updates, especially when changes are pending or action is needed. The CAN is essential to building awareness within teams across campus and making sure they feel informed about how changes will impact them.
