Known for Excellence

Literary Research and Academic Publications can take many shapes from combing through archives or writing academic articles or chapters in anthologies. Generally academic publications in literature contribute to ongoing conversations (some centuries old), making interventions and complicating existing knowledge. Academic work from the English faculty at UM is cutting-edge, thought provoking, and impossible to ignore.

Academic work in literature challenges existing ideas, charts new paths through unknown territory, and enlivens the written word.
