The Center for Inclusion and Cross Cultural Engagement (CICCE) supports student success by cultivating a welcoming campus community where all students can thrive. Through programs that promote access, retention, and engagement, the center enhances the academic experience and connects students to vital campus resources. It fosters student connections and engagement with the university community while offering opportunities for success in a global society.

The Center for Inclusion and Cross Cultural Engagement (CICCE) seeks to provide resources and services that complement and support the academic experience to ensure students persist and graduate from the University of Mississippi.

Our office provides students with a physical space to be in community and a variety of programs, resources, and services to support their curricular and co-curricular experience at the University.

How We Can Help

CICCE offers and supports multiple opportunities for faculty, staff, and our student body to learn and grow together.

Our opportunities include:

  • CICCE Programs. Our programs and events celebrate student success while advancing access, retention, and engagement. We are committed to supporting personal growth and fostering meaningful community connections at the University of Mississippi.
  • MOST Conference. This conference is a leadership experience for rising Mississippi seniors. It provides a three-day, two-night experience on campus, exposing students to campus life, resources, and faculty, and mentors attendees through the admissions process. 
  • Hotty Toddy Tech Pass (HTTP): Laptop Loan Program. The Hotty Toddy Tech Pass (HTTP): Laptop Loan Program offers eligible University of Mississippi students the opportunity to borrow a laptop for the semester—at no cost.

Center for Community Engagement

The Center for Community Engagement is the University of Mississippi’s dedicated unit focused on elevating, celebrating, and sustaining excellence in community engagement across all Colleges, units, and departments. We carry out this work using a highly collaborative work ethic that emphasizes co-creation and collaboration in project development and delivery

Division of Student Affairs

Student Affairs enriches the student experience outside of the classroom. We work hard to meet the mental, emotional and physical needs of our campus community. Our departments collectively create a well-rounded support system for our students – because our greatest success comes from their success.

Sarah Isom Center for Women and Gender Studies

We offer students, faculty, staff, and visitors a gathering place, as well as an atmosphere of mutual encouragement and support for women of all ages and backgrounds.
