How do I register for classes?
New students register for classes at Orientation, while returning students should use myOleMiss within their priority registration timeline. When are my final exams?
Final exam schedules are determined by the time your class meets. If you have three or more exams in one day, consult with your instructor to discuss possible rescheduling options. View the final exam schedule for your specific exam time and any important instructions.
Can I retake a course or use forgiveness to improve my GPA?
If you didn’t perform well in a course, you may have options to adjust your transcript and improve your GPA. Learn about the forgiveness policy and the process for repeating courses or excluding a grade at Ole Miss.
How is Mississippi residency determined?
Determining your residency status is essential for in-state tuition purposes and other benefits. Find out what qualifies you as a Mississippi resident and learn about the necessary documentation to submit.
How do I access my transcript?
You can order your official University of Mississippi transcript online through Parchment. However, if you have holds on your account, they may prevent its release. Current or recently enrolled students can access unofficial transcripts through myOleMiss.
When will I receive my diploma?
Your diploma will be mailed to the address on your myOleMiss account, usually within 8 to 10 weeks after your degree is conferred, which can take up to 30 days post-graduation. Holds on your account may delay distribution. For all programs except Law School, you will also receive a digital diploma.
