Tour and Presentation Request Form
Please submit this form if you are interested in scheduling a tour of Campus Recreation facilities or a presentation about Campus Recreation programs, services, spaces to your class or group. Completion of this form does not guarantee that Campus Recreation can fulfill the request. A Campus Recreation staff member will reach out to you within three business days in regards to your request.
