Executive Board

The President presides at all meetings of the NPHC Executive Board and General Assembly, represents the council at civic or social functions, and establishes the council's agenda with the assistance of the advisor. She establishes committees, appoints chairpersons (subject to simple majority vote), and serves as an ex-officio member of all committees. The President also meets at least monthly with presidents of the College Panhellenic Council and Interfraternity Council and the Greek advisor.

The Vice President of Programming coordinates NPHC Week activities, oversees the NPHC planning committee, serves as point of contact for NPHC partnerships, and understands the University event registration process. She works with other council members on the programming budget and marketing plan and on service programs. The Vice President of Programming also runs meetings and functions in the absence of the President. 

The Vice President of Administration and Standards maintains and distributes minutes of, reserves rooms for, and keeps attendance at NPHC Executive Board and General Assembly meetings. She serves as parliamentarian and maintains order at meetings and assesses violations of the NPHC Code of Conduct and provides records of fines. She also coordinates the NPHC calendar and issues all necessary correspondence on behalf of the council. 

The Vice President of Finance submits the financial report and budget, plans and oversees fundraising activities, handles invoicing and reconciliation, and ensures prompt payment of bills. He also collects and reports to the advisor all funds from dues, programming, and fundraising.

The Vice President of Campus and Community Service coordinates at least two community service events per semester for the NPHC. She must also be knowledgeable of all campus procedures for matters such as room reservation, ASB funding, and campus events that directly affect the NPHC. 

The Vice President of Public Relations creates the marketing plan and promotional materials for all NPHC-sponsored events, serves as the council historian, frequently posts to the NPHC social media accounts, and coordinates photo and video shoots. She also works with chapters to highlight community events and awards, including chapter weeks, regional and headquarters awards, and FSL awards.
