    Human Resources website provides UM employees with information on a variety of programs and resources available to assist employees for a range of needs – family, marital, work-life, mental health issues and more!

  • Nutrition Clinic

    The University of Mississippi Nutrition Clinic offers free nutrition counseling to UM employees and any community members from the Lafayette County, Oxford, University and surrounding area. Counseling is conducted by Graduate Students under supervision of a Registered Dietician Nutritionist.

  • RISE@UM

    RISE@UM is a pathway to enhancing your professional journey here at UM. Spread across four semesters, this 12-credit hour initiative is dedicated to nurturing the professional and cognitive abilities of staff members who are either currently in or aspire to transition into administrative support roles within our vibrant campus. This academic program was developed for UM staff who have do not have a 4-year college degree, have worked at UM for at least one year, and will have the support of their supervisor to participate.
