How to Apply
Step 1: Apply to Ole Miss
Go to our undergraduate application or use the Common App to begin. This is the first step in the process, as the FASTrack program is designed specifically for first-year students who are already part of the university.
Step 2: Activate your WebID
Once admitted, you should receive a request by text message or email to create a new password with your WebID. Make sure you save your WebID and password someplace safe. You'll need this login information to apply for student housing, register for orientation, access your Ole Miss email, and more.
Step 3: Submit the FASTrack Application
With your webID, you can proceed to the FASTrack application portal. The application for the 2025-2026 academic year is currently open, so be sure to submit your application within the designated time frame. The application will likely require you to provide personal information, your academic interests, and possibly respond to some prompts related to your interest in the program.

Visit FASTrack During Your Orientation Session
All students attending the University of Mississippi are required to attend an Orientation session to help best prepare for the start of school learning to navigate your first year as well as registering for classes. We highly suggest all students apply to FASTrack before their desired Orientation session so they are able to meet with our Academic Advisor when registering for classes. We will have two optional breakout sessions on Day 1 of orientation to give you the opportunity to meet some of our staff, learn about our program, and to answer any questions you may have. These sessions are offered at 12:15 pm-12:45 pm and 12:55 pm-1:25 pm in the Student Union, Room 323. Our staff will give a presentation to provide all the information you need to know about FASTrack.
