Biography
Priscilla M. Maamah is the graduate research associate in the Office of Food and Nutrition Security for LEARN Science. She is a PhD student in the Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management, specializing in Nutrition Policy. Her research focuses on Food and Nutrition Security. Ms. Maamah holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Before starting her PhD program, she taught nutrition to middle school students, sharing her passion for food and health in the classroom and inspiring young learners and promote a strong foundation in science and nutrition.
