About the Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management
The Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management (NHM) is one of the fastest growing academic units at the University of Mississippi.
Our faculty is committed to making a difference in the lives of our students, and to improving the quality of life for all, especially the citizens of the Lafayette-Oxford-University and Mississippi communities.
We also offer our students exciting collaborations with the Center for Health and Sport Performance and the Institute of Child Nutrition; various StudyUSA and Study Abroad courses; and multidimensional coursework spanning human development, consumer economics, and business applications.
