About the Department of Parking & Transportation
Get to know the Department of Parking and Transportation.
We serve the university's parking and transportation needs.
Formed in 2012, the Department of Parking and Transportation originally operated as part of the University Police Department. The university's tremendous growth served as a catalyst for the creation of a standalone department focused on meeting the parking and transportation needs associated with this expansion. Now an independent auxiliary operation generating its own revenue to support various services, the department strives to meet the growing demand of a robust and vibrant campus.
