Callie Anyan-Draine is a distinguished leader in the realm of medical cannabis program development and public health administration. Currently serving as the Program Manager for the National Center for Cannabis Research & Education at the University of Mississippi, Callie brings a wealth of expertise in programmatic strategy, operational excellence, and educational initiatives. Callie’s career journey is marked by her pivotal role as the first Director of Clinical Operations and Education for the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program under the Mississippi State Department of Health. In this capacity, she was instrumental in establishing the foundational clinical and educational frameworks of the program, ensuring compliance, safety, and public health efficacy. A graduate of Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi, Callie holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA).
