James Bonifacio

Dr. James Bonifacio is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Mississippi.

Research Interests

Dr. Bonifacio's interests include effective field theories, gravitational physics, scattering amplitudes, cosmological correlators, the conformal bootstrap and spectral geometry.

Biography

Dr. Bonifacio earned his DPhil in Theoretical Physics from the University of Oxford in 2017. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Case Western Reserve University (2017-2020) and Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics at the University of Cambridge (2020-2022). He joined the faculty at the University of Mississippi in 2022.
