Lance Yates is an Instructional Assistant Professor of Art Education in the Department of Art & Art History at the University of Mississippi.

Research Interests

Lance works as an educator and interdisciplinary artist in a wide variety of both digital and traditional 2D media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, digital painting, illustration, book arts, and comics.

Biography

Lance Yates hails from a small town in Mississippi. He has an M.F.A. in 2D Studies from Bowling Green State University, and a B.F.A. in Printmaking from the University of Mississippi.
