Pathways to Equity

Central to our university’s flagship mission is fostering a learning environment that serves all students, faculty and staff. Pathways to Equity is how we’ll accomplish that. Included in this strategic plan are three overarching goals for advancing diversity, equity and inclusion at our university:

  • Advance Institutional Capacity for Equity: Infrastructure, Information,
    Systems, Education and Processes
  • Cultivate a Diverse and Equitable Community: Recruiting, Retaining, Advancing and Succeeding
  • Foster an Inclusive Campus Climate: Support, Value and Belonging

Pathways to Equity is a result of the collaborative spirit that drives the University of Mississippi, and is a foundational commitment to our long-term goals as an institution. We invite you to read and learn more.
