IT Media provides UM faculty and staff Windows and Mac laptops to support teaching, research, and university business activities.
Laptop rentals are for UM faculty and staff ONLY.
Before submitting a reservation request, please review the IT Media Policy.
- To ensure availability, reservation requests should be submitted at least two (2) business days before the equipment is needed
- If your request is needed in fewer than two business days, please call 662-915-7004 during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) to confirm fullfilment
While we will make effort to accommodate short-notice requests, availability is not guaranteed.
Requests for software must be included with the reservation request and are subject to review and approval by IT Security and the Office of Information Technology.
