The National Center for Tactical Research has a specific organizational structure and qualifications for faculty.
Staff Qualifications
The NCTR will be administered by founding Director Chip Wade, Ph.D. Dr. Wade is an Associate Professor in Biomechanics as well as an Assistant Research Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Mississippi. Dr. Wade’s has extensive expertise in tactical performance, sports medicine, and interdisciplinary research coordination ensures strategic leadership. In addition to Dr. Wade a “to be hired” co-director will be supported by a qualified team of researchers, clinicians, and practitioners with advanced degrees and field experience congruent to the mission of the NCTR. The staffing for activities will come from current faculty and staff members at the University of Mississippi and UMMC.
