Be ready for the unexpected

Accidental Death and Dismemberment provides a payment if you or a dependent pass away in an accident. It also offers coverage if you or a dependent suffer a serious injury, such as losing a limb, eyesight, speech, hearing, or experiencing paralysis.

This coverage is provided regardless of your health history. Benefits are paid directly to you (unless you specify otherwise), in addition to any other insurance you may have at the time of the accident.

$10,000-$250,000 (in $10,000 increments)

Employee Only: $0.38 cents per $10,000 

Family Plan: $0.55 cents per $10,000
