Parental Leave policy

In addition to using accrued leave for a certified medical absence, employees can take up to six weeks of earned Major Medical Leave for the joyous occasion of welcoming a new child—whether through birth, adoption or foster care. This additional six weeks, available to both parents, must be used within one year.

Parental Leave runs concurrently with Family and Medical Leave (FMLA)

This benefit gives you time to adjust to the exciting responsibilities of parenthood, ensuring you have the support you need during this special time. We are here for you as you embark on this wonderful journey.
