Business Applications and Enterprise Systems (BAES), within the University of Mississippi's Office of Information Technology, supports the development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications that support university operations. BAES works with campus partners to improve business processes, support enterprise systems, and provide technology solutions that promote efficient and effective administrative operations.

Workday: Human Resources and Payroll
Workday is the University's platform for Human Resources and Payroll processes. Faculty, staff, and student workers use Workday to access applicable employee services, manage personal information, enter or approve time, request time off, and complete other employment-related tasks.
Workday also supports workforce data, reporting, and administrative processes. Financial management and budgeting capabilities are part of the broader Encompass implementation roadmap.
