Workday Transition Is In Progress

You’ve reached a service that’s moving from SAP to Workday as part of Encompass.

Preparing for Workday

As we transition from SAP to Workday, some employee self-service functions and HR-related E-forms in myOleMiss are temporarily unavailable. This planned pause, called Cutover, helps to ensure a smoother, more accurate transfer of information as we enter the final phase of implementation.   

Paused Self-Service Activities Include Your Ability to Update:*    

  • Address and Communication Preferences  
  • Bank Information  
  • Job Analysis Questionnaire  
  • Benefits Enrollment Step 1: Update Beneficiaries/Dependents  
  • Open Enrollment Step 2:  Benefit Plan Enrollment  
  • New Hire Enrollment Step 2:  Benefit Plan Enrollment   

*Note: These titles appear exactly as listed under the “My HR Tools” tab in myOleMiss.

Timesheet & Time Approval Information

Corrections for 12/09/25-12/24/25 Pay Period
The final 2025 payroll, pay period 12/09/25-12/24/25, will be processed and finalized on Monday, December 15. Any corrections needed after December 15, 2025, must be processed on a paper timesheet and submitted to HR/Payroll by Thursday, January 8, at noon.

How to Track Time Between 12/25 - 1/5
December 25 is the start of the first 2026 payroll period in Workday. Student workers and hourly employees should track their hours on a calendar or log, including both check-in and check-out time entries. Once Workday is live on January 5, student workers and hourly employees can enter their time for December 25, 2025, and beyond directly into Workday.
