WHAT WE DO

The Academic Innovations Group supports faculty at the University of Mississippi in improving classroom teaching and learning through the invention, adoption, and improvement of evidence-based strategies. AIG consists of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning and the Office of Academic Innovation.The unit supports teaching and learning at the university and is responsible for fulfilling the goals of ThinkForward, the 2019 Quality Enhancement Plan for the University of Mississippi focusing on critical thinking.

AI Task Force

The goals of the AI Task Force are to build community and raise the profile of UM's work in AI and data science around the missions of teaching, research, and grant making.
