The Employee Perks program is another one of the many great benefits offered to employees. Faculty and staff can take advantage of the discounts on a variety of goods, services and recreational activities listed below.

In addition to these perks, employee benefits include retirement, insurance, tuition reimbursement, leave and health and wellness services.
University-Related Perks and Discounts
Full-time employees can receive up to four season tickets per sport (football, baseball, women’s basketball and men’s basketball) at a 20% discount. Tickets are renewable each year as long as they are renewed by the specified deadline and employment is current.
Ticket Guidelines:
- Employment status must be verified by the Athletics Department through Human Resources.
- Faculty and staff must be benefit-eligible employees. Employees must meet these conditions at least 60 days before each sport’s season starts.
- Retired employees are eligible if they have at least 10 years of service and are currently drawing retirement benefits from the state. They must also meet the conditions 60 days before the season begins.
Faculty, staff and retirees can purchase individual and family Campus Recreation memberships at a discounted cost. These memberships include access to the Turner Center, including the indoor pool, and the South Campus Recreation Center.
McCormick’s is a restaurant and lounge located at The Inn at Ole Miss. Faculty and staff can receive a 10% discount on orders. Dine-in and takeout options are available.
Faculty and staff can enjoy discounted meal plans through Ole Miss Dining. Keep in mind that prices and discounts may vary each year. To purchase a meal plan, visit or call the ID Center.
Faculty and staff can receive a discount on daily rates and annual memberships to the Ole Miss Golf Course.
Employees have access to the on-campus pharmacy where they can have prescriptions filled at any time.
Faculty, staff and retirees are eligible for discounts on tickets purchased through the UM Box Office. This includes productions at the Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts, as well as all other non-athletic productions and events held on campus.
This discount includes:
- Artist Series: 20% off all ticket prices
- All other shows: 10% off all ticket prices
- Limit: Four tickets per staff/faculty/retiree per show
Discount tickets are available online or at the UM Box Office. You will need to order using your web ID or present your ID at the box office to receive a discount.
Off-Campus Perks and Discounts
Educators are eligible for discounts from AT&T.
Faculty and staff can receive a 20% discount off the Unlimited Talk, Text and Data Plan.
Present your University ID for a 10% discount during lunch hours (11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.). The discount is available seven days a week.

All full-time employees are eligible for preferred pricing on new Nissan and Infiniti vehicles. Employees will receive preferred pricing and can also continue to take advantage of all other consumer-facing market incentives.
Employees who wish to purchase a vehicle for themselves or their spouse/domestic partner must use their University of Mississippi Vehicle Purchase Program Company code: VPP018661 and create a VPP Claim ID on the VPP website (www.insidenissan.com), or by calling 1-800-299-4753.
